HOLIDAY SHIPPING DETAILS:


Order deadlines below are provided by our fulfillment center. Order by the date(s) listed for delivery in time for Christmas, 12/25.

Please note that fulfillment times and carrier shipping estimates can change based on various factors, such as shipping delays, unexpected technical difficulties, or harsh weather.

2022 HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINES FOR THE US:
Order t-shirts, drinkware, and stickers by 12/12
Order crewnecks by 12/11
Order notebooks by 12/13

2022 HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINES FOR CANADA:
Order t-shirts, drinkware, and stickers by 12/9
Order crewnecks by 11/29
Order notebooks by 11/21


Orders placed after these dates will arrive after 12/25.
 

We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Print-On-Demand Services

We use third party printing services for some print-on-demand items (e.g. t-shirts). Usually, it takes 2–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out, which may take 5-9 days. The total delivery time depends on your location and type of garment and printing, but can be estimated as follows:
 

*Please also note that delivery times may be longer due to an influx in holiday orders.
 

●  USA: 5-10 business days
           
●  Canada: 7-10 business days

 

 


[Covid-19]​ When will I get my order?

Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.


 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
 

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?
 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
 

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?


Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
     

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
     

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
     

  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at shop@thekerrminator.com with your order number.
     

  • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?


We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

 

How do I track my order?


You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at shop@thekerrminator.com.

 


 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?


We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at shop@thekerrminator.com within 30 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Digital Products and Downloads

 

Digital products such as workbooks, free worksheets, videos, and other such digital products are not shipped. A link to access or download the product will be available immediately after purchase.

 

Ready-to-Ship Products (Domestic Shipping (U.S.))

 

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.

 

Commissioned, Custom, Made-to-Order, and Personalized Physical Products (Domestic Shipping (U.S.))


Commissioned, custom, made-to-order and personalized physical products will have expected completion dates communicated in customer-contracts and will vary from project to project. An estimated shipment window and shipping cost estimate will be provided for oversized artwork and other custom pieces, for example, as part of your initial estimate and in your contract.

 

 

Commissioned, Custom, Made-to-Order, and Personalized Digital Products (Domestic Shipping (U.S.))

Commissioned, custom, made-to-order, and personalized digital products will not be shipped. At time of project completion, access to the digital files will be provided to you via a link.

Any interruptions to normal shipping services (Domestic or International), will be communicated here on this Shipping Policy page.

International Shipping for Ready-to-Ship Products Commissioned, Custom, Made-to-Order, and Personalized Physical or Digital Products

 

We currently ship to Canada. More countries will be added in the future. Please let us know if you are not in the United States of America or Canada so we know where we’re needed.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware.

RETURN POLICY

What is Refundable

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not you can return non-final-sale, non-customized, non limited edition, non made-to-order, non print-on-demand and non-personalized physical products within 30 days of receipt, provided that the products are returned in original, perfect condition, unused, unworn, with original packaging.

Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out if you have any issues or concerns with your order and we can try to work something out.

 

Additionally, if you have any questions about sizing contact us prior to purchasing, at shop@thekerrminator.com or via the chat box at the lower right of your screen (note: we may not be available when you send your chat message, but if you leave your email, we will get back to you ASAP!)

Please contact us at shop@thekerrminator.com within 30 days of your delivery date to discuss your return options. If your item is eligible for return, you will receive a return receipt to include with your item. Once we receive, process, and confirm the condition of your return item we will be happy to make a refund which will be returned to your original payment method. Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping is non-refundable. Digital download purchases are non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once we have received your return order, your items will be processed, which may take up to 5 business days. Once your item is confirmed as being in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to process your refund so please contact them if you have questions about processing times.

 

Exchanges

 

Items that arrive damaged or defective can be replaced. Please contact us at shop@thekerrminator.com within 30 days of receipt with a photo and description of the damage and we will work with you to find a suitable replacement or exchange ASAP! :)

Print On Demand Products (e.g. t-shirts, apparel)

 

We use a Third-party print-on-demand service for some of our printed items, which will be stated in the item description. We don’t offer returns and exchanges for these items, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at shop@thekerrminator.com within 30 days of delivery.

 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact us at shop@thekerrminator.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at shop@thekerrminator.com within 30 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

 

Again, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out if you have any issues or concerns with your order and we can try to work something out.
